About CPD Sports

CPD Sports are a sports coaching company based in Oxfordshire. Founded in 2018 by our partners Alfie Peachey and Rory Shadbolt, we are passionate about delivering high quality and entertaining sporting events aimed at children aged 4-14. We specialise in football coaching and run football holiday courses on a regular basis.

Alfie Peachey

Co Owner- Head of Admin

Alfie is our head of administration and the person to contact with any questions or bookings. He holds his UEFA B coaching qualification. He also has his FA level 2 coaching qualification and FA level 2 Goalkeeping qualification.

Rory Shadbolt

Co Owner- Head of Coaching

Rory is our head coach at most of our events. He holds his UEFA B qualification as well as a degree in Football coaching and management with UCFB. He also has his FA level 2 coaching qualification and FA level 1 Goalkeeping qualification. Having worked with Curzon Ashton and Banbury United Rory has some fantastic experience under his belt.
